Supported by the Erasmus+ programme, Eco-ReDi brings together several European partners around a shared objective: to further develop training practices in the eco-construction sector while integrating digital innovation and promoting the inclusion of adult learners who are distant from the labour market.

The kick-off meeting brought together all European partners around a central objective: laying the foundations for a shared understanding of the Eco-ReDi project. In particular, the discussions helped clarify the concept of eco-construction within the framework of the project, taking into account the partners’ areas of expertise, the needs of learners, and the constraints related to the development of an accessible and inclusive serious game.
A significant amount of time was also devoted to identifying the project’s target groups: adults engaged in socio-professional integration pathways, low-skilled learners, and individuals experiencing difficulties with digital tools. Through collaborative workshops, partners worked to define different learner profiles, including their motivations, barriers, and specific educational needs, in order to ensure a truly inclusive approach.
Strong engagement from field-based organisations
The meeting also highlighted the importance of territorial anchoring and the expertise of the training organisations involved. A visit to the social and professional integration centre AID Val de Senne offered partners concrete insights into field realities and the needs of the target groups addressed by the project.
