Aim : Reinforce European networks developing VET Policies to improve the active inclusion of low-skilled people in Europe.
Activities
- Organization of 3 working groups for CEC members to collect, select, and present at least 20 best practices in training and social and professional integration of low-skilled individuals, particularly addressing labor market needs.
- Based on an analysis of these best practices, establish common guidelines for CEC members and stakeholders (CSR EUROPE, EVTA, etc.) and develop policy recommendations in the form of a memorandum to improve vocational education and training systems in Europe, particularly for low-skilled individuals.
- Organization of 3 European meetings/seminars on the implementation of education, training, and social and professional integration pathways promoting the employment of low-skilled individuals at the European level.
