The ACTION project, co-financed by the EU and involving 6 organisations, including 3 of our members – AID, AGFE and Medialys – aims to improve integration through economic activity (IAE) for low-skilled adults who are a long way from employment. Based on tailored support in the workplace, it responds to the challenges faced by integration coaches, who combine technical training, psychosocial support and job coaching.
ACTION aims to :
1. Structure and harmonise support for people in work integration.
2. Equip supervisors with a reinforced pedagogical approach.
3. Propose recommendations for sustainable integration, adapted to social and economic challenges.
This project is helping to develop an integrated, innovative method centred on training through work.
Running from 2 February 2022 to 31 January 2025, the project is designed to help people acquire the social, relational, business and technical skills they need to become more employable in the ‘traditional’ job market.
