GAP – Against the gap between training and labor world

The GAP project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, aims to enhance Vocational Education and Training (VET) centers’ approaches to integrating vulnerable adults. Running from October 1, 2023, to March 31, 2026, the project involves five organizations, including four CEC members: MEK, TTB, FLC, and AID.

The initiative seeks to unify key elements of integration—developing technical and non-technical skills, addressing social and financial barriers, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering personal projects—into a cohesive methodology. This approach will:

  • Improve integration processes in VET centers.
  • Foster collaboration among vocational training professionals.
  • Strengthen vocational guidance and job-coaching practices.
  • Equip managers with tools to align organizational efforts with integration goals.
  • Provide experts with a structured framework for supporting VET initiatives.

GAP builds a robust VET ecosystem through knowledge exchange and strategic collaborations, aligning with labor market needs.
