Gest’UP Launches Its Website and Official Brochure

The Gest’UP project has reached an important new stage with the release of its official brochure and the launch of its website.

CEC – Acting for Social Inclusion is proud to share these latest developments within this European initiative, which works to improve access to the labour market for people facing barriers to employment.

New resources now available

Two major outputs mark this milestone: the Gest’UP brochure and the project’s official website.

A brochure that captures the essence of Gest’UP

The newly published brochure offers a clear and engaging overview of the project—its objectives, partnership, and core activities. At the heart of Gest’UP lies an innovative approach built around “professional gestures,” which focuses on what individuals can practically do in a work environment rather than on formal qualifications alone.

It also presents the project’s ambition to promote inclusive employment through short, hands-on training formats closely aligned with labour market needs.

The Gest’UP website goes live

The launch of the official website represents another significant step forward. Designed as a central hub, the platform provides access to project information, updates, and results.

Over time, it will host a wide range of resources developed throughout the project, including tools, training materials, and outputs from various work packages. By making these resources easily accessible, Gest’UP aims to support professionals engaged in inclusive employment and vocational training while expanding the project’s reach.

A collaborative European initiative

Gest’UP brings together partners from across Europe to address persistent inequalities in access to employment. It focuses particularly on groups that remain underrepresented in the labour market, such as low-qualified young people, migrants, and the long-term unemployed.

By encouraging collaboration between training providers, companies, and social actors, the project develops practical, adaptable solutions that can be transferred across different national contexts.

Through initiatives like Gest’UP, CEC – Acting for Social Inclusion continues to promote innovative approaches that foster social and professional inclusion throughout Europe.
