EU News FutureSkills

Deadlines:

  • 29 February 2026 – Mobility projects
  • 5 March 2026 – Cooperation partnerships

With a budget of around €5.2 billion for 2026, the programme continues to invest in skills development and citizenship education through cross-border mobility and cooperation projects.

2026 priorities: inclusion, skills, and civic participation

Erasmus+ 2026 highlights several priorities that are particularly relevant to our network and its members:

  • Inclusion and equal opportunities: strengthened support for initiatives that promote the participation of individuals who are often excluded from European programmes.
  • Digital and green transitions: development of skills needed to address current social, environmental, and technological challenges.
  • Education, schools, and training: increased funding for projects that test new teaching methods and reinforce basic skills.
  • Youth civic engagement: support for projects that foster democratic participation and social cohesion.

A unique opportunity for our community

This new call offers the chance to:

  • develop transnational partnerships addressing key social challenges;
  • offer learning mobilities for social workers, volunteers, or young people from disadvantaged backgrounds;
  • access substantial European funding to create high-impact social projects;
  • share and promote innovative practices that strengthen inclusion, participation, and skills development.
