As part of the GAP project, led by three of our members — MEK, TTB, and AID — we are pleased to announce the launch of the GAP Platform, a resource dedicated to supporting pathways to employment and socio-professional inclusion.
Why this platform?
Training pathways alone are often not enough to ensure sustainable integration — what is frequently missing is a holistic approach tailored to individual needs. The GAP Platform fills this gap by offering an integrated method that combines training, guidance, social support, and coaching.
What it offers
- A structured methodology to support learners — from recruitment to entry into employment.
- Practical tools for trainers, coaches, and social support professionals: individual follow-up, assistance in defining a career plan, development of technical skills and soft skills.
- An opportunity to strengthen collaboration between actors in training, employment support, and social services.
For whom?
- Vocational education and training centres (VET) that wish to improve the support they provide to their learners.
- Integration organisations, associations, NGOs, and social services involved in inclusion.
- Trainers, counsellors, and employment coaches looking for concrete tools and methods to guide their beneficiaries towards employment.
If you are involved in training or social/professional integration, the GAP Platform can become a valuable tool to make your actions more effective and sustainable.
