As part of the GAP project, led by three of our members — MEK, TTB, and AID — we are pleased to announce the launch of the GAP Platform, a digital space dedicated to supporting employment pathways and socio-professional integration.
Why this platform?
This digital platform, accessible across multiple devices, has been designed to support professionals and vocational training organizations in their efforts to promote inclusion and employability for vulnerable learners. It offers a structured approach to strengthening support throughout learners’ journeys towards employment.
What does it offer?
The platform provides access to training modules, practical tools, and collaborative features such as GAP Connect, which facilitate teamwork and foster partnerships with labour market stakeholders. It also encourages continuous learning within organizations and supports the implementation of more inclusive socio-professional integration practices.
In this context, the platform offers three online training pathways designed for professionals working in training and support roles. These modules combine a structured methodology, practical tools, and interactive content to help teams improve the transition of vulnerable learners from training to the labour market.
The training modules explore strategies to:
- strengthen internal coordination within training organizations;
- develop partnerships with employers and external stakeholders;
- provide personalized support to learners throughout their pathway to employment.
To reach a wide audience of professionals across Europe, the modules are available in six languages: English, French, Greek, Italian, Bulgarian, and Romanian.
You can now access the training modules via the e-learning platform following link: GAP – E-Learning platform
