2014-2017 ERASMUS+ "CAVA"

The "CAVA" Erasmus+ project  "Competences for Added Value Agro-food Micro-Productions: Entrepreneurial Development in Rural Areas" carried out by CEFAL Emilia Romagna focuses on the tourism-catering / agro-food sectors.

It aims at the valorisation of typical products and local gastronomy culture as ambit for entrepreneurial development and occupational growth through promotion/qualification of production processing, integrated marketing and creation of food-supply-chains and enhancement of food and wine market and tourism.
