We are pleased to invite you to the European Seminar "Social Rights, Integration and Inclusion in the Labor Market", which will be held on 20 June 2017 at the European Economic and Social Committee from 9.30 am to 4 pm in Brussels.

This seminar is co-organized by CEC Europe, CET Europe, CEPESS, the EESC with financial support from the European Union and EZA.

The President of the Commission highlighted the urgent need for a more social Europe and the establishment of a European social rights pillar.

CEC , CET  Europe,  and CEPESS believe that the foundation should first promote the existing social acquis and their full and adequate application and then only, if necessary, move to the adoption of new initiatives and new binding legislative instruments, treaties.

We believe that the relationship of the core with the main international human rights instruments needs to be carefully analyzed. The program of this day with its prestigious guests is entirely devoted to these approaches.
